Staff engagement program: “Winya comes to you”

To assist in better engaging your staff in your Reconciliation Action Plans and Indigenous engagement programs, WINYA has a unique “come to you” program.

 

WINYA will set up a display in your building foyer which will include a small range of hand crafted Indigenous furniture items, an art display and a working Indigenous Artist, painting on-site, a Corporate Painting for your organisation, themed to suit your engagement programs.

 

Our programs include talks on welcome to Country and other Cultural issue for your staff and guests. These form part of WINYA’s mentoring program for our employment partners.

 

These displays can also be catered by leading edge Indigenous catering firms to make these a significant and memorable event for your staff and guests as part of your company goals to increase Indigenous engagement, cultural awareness and employment support.
